Requests to the AI agent, AI email drafts, and knowledge uploads are charged by what they use. Posts collected in the last 12 hours are reused rather than collected and charged again.
Stream Desk answers customer conversations with your business knowledge, at 1 credit a reply. The AI agent helps with work across the platform when you ask, and is charged by what it runs. On every paid plan it can also work on its own, within a budget from your plan; sending, exporting, and anything it cannot undo still wait for your approval.
Every seat draws from the same credits. Each organization keeps its own business context, knowledge base, and channels, so client work stays apart.
