1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Selfmades platform ("Service") operated by Selfmades Group Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Selfmades provides AI-powered tools for B2B lead generation (Lead Generator), social media intelligence, and omnichannel customer communication automation (Stream Desk). Features and availability may change at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, unsolicited messages, or any illegal purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Violate Meta's, Instagram's, WhatsApp's, or Telegram's platform policies when using connected channels.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Telegram, and others. Your use of these integrations is also governed by those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, outages, or policy decisions that affect our Service.

6. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Selfmades Group Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or appropriate for your use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selfmades Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
