How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of all personal data Selfmades holds about you at any time. This includes your account information, lead data, and any messages processed through our platform.

Option 1 — Delete from your account

Log in to your Selfmades account → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to privacy@selfmades.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Instagram / Facebook Data

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to Selfmades, you can also revoke our access directly from Instagram:

1. Open Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
2. Find Selfmades and tap Remove

To ensure complete deletion of any data we may have stored, also send an email to privacy@selfmades.co.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All lead data associated with your account
• All conversation and message history
• Any connected social media tokens and access

We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes) for up to 7 years.
